Coverage needs assessment
We ask relevant questions that we know matter to you, the facility, as well as the ones that are importance to our providers.
That conversation shapes everything that follows and ensures the needs of all parties are met.
Provider identification and matching
We identify candidates based on clinical background first, then availability and logistics. We don't present a provider to a facility unless we can speak to their clinical preparation for that specific environment.
Credentialing and onboarding support
We facilitate the credentialing and privileging process with your medical staff office. We arrive organized, and we follow up — because we know credentialing delays are often where locum timelines break down.
Ongoing coverage management
We stay involved after placement. If something about the assignment isn't working — clinical fit, scheduling, communication — we want to know early and address it directly.
